An Absolute Perfection sales representative is responsible for servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders for new accounts, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative

AP Graphics, a division of AP Corp, is looking to add an entry level Graphic Designer to our growing production team.

Our team’s success relies on our ability to understand our client’s vision for the finished product. Through advertising graphics for commercial vehicles, custom decorative window film, digital marketing, or signage; our Graphic Designers are a key component to bringing these concepts to life. Passion for your craft, extreme attention to detail, and innovative thinking are qualities our team requires in a candidate.

To be considered, a digital portfolio is necessary for review (website, PDF, or similar).

This is a full-time, hourly position during our working business hours: Mon – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Part-time candidates will be considered, remote / freelance designers will not.

Graphic Designer Tasks at a Glance:

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative

The incumbent provides high-level administrative support to the Sales Team, including support of the engagement with Client and Fellow Team Members. In addition, assist with a variety of other projects and functions as requested. Will include gathering and entering data into company’s sales data base, reviewing company job folders for completeness, initiating customer thank you and feedback at end of job, scheduling and preparing for trade shows as identified by management, etc.

Requirements of the Account Executive

  • Prepares agenda, schedules meetings records/transcribes, and distributes meeting minutes for the VP of Sales and Lead Sales Rep
  • Handle VP of Sales and Lead Sales Rep’s calendaring and meeting/appointment preparation and attendant hospitality for outside visitors
  • Works independently prioritizing and organizing a diverse workload while interacting within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Updates and disseminates information to the VP of Sales and Lead Sales Rep as assigned; schedules and organizes complex activities such as travel, conferences and department activities for the VP of Sales and designated staff
  • Set-up, arrangement of food/beverage service, and pre-meeting preparation of meeting packets
  • Tracks and performs inventories of VP of Sales and Lead Sales Rep’s office equipment/furnishings
  • Prepares all documentation and filings for VP of Sales expense reimbursements, invoice payments, and dues payments
  • Handles routine calls and correspondences
  • Tracks, monitors, and proofreads documents for accuracy and grammar; and performs other related duties as assigned
  • Special projects as assigned
